Contest Update: Donation and Gift Submissions are Now Open!!

We are excited to unveil a new category for our 2018 Contests! You now have the option of donating a contest submission to a writer for the genre of their choice. Writers receiving donations also get a year-long subscription to BWR!

You can gift a contest submission to a writer you know OR you can choose to donate a submission anonymously that will be given to a writer who needs it (pay it forward!).

Writers! If you can’t afford our contest fee but still want to enter, please email us at blackwarriorreview@gmail.com. You do not have to prove financial hardship. We will take you at your word. This is first come, first serve. We will contact writers as entries are donated.
